Programmer:
Must be very computer literate and as you would work mainly with websites and databases. HTML/ PHP/ CMS are required.
Designer:
You will be doing Desktop publishing (DTP) and HTML and must be creative, computer literate
Applicant requirements:
You must have either an IT, programming, or Web Design background
