The premises are very well built, and contiguous to them is a pretty garden, and a considerable vineyard, which increases yearly in size”. The Hotel has a total of 34 bedrooms, from cosy Courtyard Rooms with charm and character to the luxurious Country House bedrooms and combines the classic comfort and spaciousness of yesteryear with bathrooms to dream of. The very popular restaurant provides meals to remember accompanied by fine Cape wines.
Applicant tasks:
You will be working with part of the team of more than 50 staff members. You will be involved in all aspects of Hotel Management, including front office, food and beverage operational, Guest and Staff liaison and duty management. You will also be assisting with preparation for and staffing of events, and creating a variety of applications for business assistance. You will also be responsible for counting cash and recording amount received/deposited as well as preparing cash summaries.
Applicant requirements:
Studying in a tourism/hotel industry related environment
Fluency in English, and in other languages would be an advantage
