Old Biscuit Mill market
The Old Biscuit Mill in Woodstock is a market offering hip and fashionable shop lets, farm stalls, and cafes. It is located in an old mill and is a fun spot to explore and experience - people often go there for the experience rather than for shopping!
The primary attraction is the Neighbour goods Market which runs every Saturday 9am - 2pm. On offer are "fresh local produce, regional organic foods, hand-made cheeses, wood-fired breads, specialty fine-food, local designers, luxury beer, and live entertainment."
The Old Biscuit Mill is becoming extremely popular and can be very festive (and busy) especially on Saturdays. Take note that due to its popularity and the nature of the goods prices can be quite steep.

The market completely focuses on fresh local produce and has a wide array of stalls to buy from. A trip around the market should always begin with a farmhouse brekkie of scrambled egg, bacon on a large tasty roll for R25 with a selection of freshly squeezed orange or apple juice with tea and coffee also on offer. The stalls sell a wide variety of food and everyday items such as fresh fruit and veg, home-made pasta and home-made cakes (of a truly professional quality). There are many organic and eco friendly stall that sell everyday home cleaning items as well as the standard organic fruit and veg. It is best to get to the market early as it gets busy later on in the morning and things can get sold out very quickly (especially the cupcake stand).
