Magister has been operating successfully since 2000 and has accumulated a large pool of cooperating companies, organisations and institutions over the years in Cape Town. Depending on your interests, qualifications, and the specific period we are able to organize your individual internship, voluntary work, legal training or other work experiences in Cape Town. Apart from organizing your work experience we take care of all your other requirements to make your stay in South Africa as successful and enjoyable as possible.

What you get before you arrive
- Permanent contact partner providing advice and support throughout your application process and assistance with all necessities such as vaccinations, insurance, flight booking, visa etc

Costs for the whole package:
With your initial enquiry you will receive detailed information per e-mail about South Africa, Cape Town and our general terms and conditions. We will give you information about our services and the application procedure. If you are interested in our programme and would like to make use of our services, please send us your complete application documents.
For all services mentioned above we charge a fee of € 450
Our one-off fee is only due once we have placed you in your preferred company/organisation and you have signed the contract with your host company/organisation. Hence all other services beforehand are free of charge.
Costs for the small package:
A lot of students organize their education themselves, but struggle with finding accommodation, organising airport transfers and settling down in Cape Town. These students often make use of our extensive service package. Our so called small package includes the whole Magister service excluding a work placement and maintenance .
Price of the small package: € 150
Please keep in mind that according to South African law internships and volunteer work may not be remunerated. Therefore before going through the whole application process please calculate carefully if you are able to finance your stay in South Africa.
